北伦商业与物流区位于北伦二桥引道两侧（关宁省蒙自市海华街道），将建设完整的技术和社会基础设施，以满足居住、商业和贸易的需求。

该项目有望推动关宁省及北部经济重心区域的边境贸易经济中心、工业和港口物流以及综合服务的发展，并提升国家级旅游区的海岛旅游特色。

北伦二桥的建设旨在缓解北伦桥的交通流量，并促进越南关宁省与中国广西之间的贸易和旅游关系。北伦商业与物流区位于北伦二桥引道两侧，其位置如下：

+ 东侧： 与北伦二桥的跨部门检查区相邻。

+ 西侧： 与住宅区和蒙自边境经济区总体规划A2分区的功能区相邻。

+ 南侧： 与住宅区和蒙自边境经济区总体规划A3分区的功能区相邻。

+ 北侧： 与绿地和北伦二桥引道两侧区域的1/2000比例细分规划的边界走廊相邻。
